YOGA AND WELLBEING FESTIVAL ANNOUNCES RETURNS TO WESTMEATH FOR SUMMER 2024

Yoga enthusiasts are in for an exciting treat with the return of The Yoga Picnic, the one-day yoga and wellness festival experience for 2024.

Taking place on July 7th at Lilliput House, on the shores of Lough Ennell, Co Westmeath, The Yoga Picnic promises a day filled with movement, therapies, discussions, and music, curated by leading holistic practitioners from Ireland and beyond.

Now in its third year, organisers have unveiled an impressive lineup featuring a range of workshops and international teachers.

Headlining the festival are renowned presenters Adam Husler from London, Benita Wolfe from the US, and Silvia Schneider, a Austrian TV personality, chef, and entrepreneur.

Also joining the roster are Caggie Dunlop, Laura Murphy, and Sinéad Mooney, offering sessions on astrology, spoken word, and meditation respectively. With more announcements forthcoming, this year's event promises a to be a cool experience for participants of all levels.

Featuring over 15 areas and 100 class offerings, attendees can indulge in various activities including yoga, meditation, ecstatic dance, mantra chanting, music, drumming, sound healing, and poetry, set against the breathtaking backdrop of Lough Ennell.

Standout activities include stand-up paddleboard yoga, rejuvenating sauna sessions, and invigorating ice baths, catering to diverse interests and preferences.

In a new addition this year, The Yoga Picnic will introduce food demos, talks, and a selection of organic, nourishing options to sustain participants throughout the day.
