They are two completely different foods. In yogurt, you have a fermented food rich in protein, calcium, and other nutrients that have been added with a little blueberry. Blueberries are rich in antioxidants, fiber, and vitamins. Consumption of one does not have to exclude consumption of the other.

Blueberry yogurt contains some benefits, such as good bacteria, which is improves intestine's health. Although, it is better to consume real blueberries because of the antioxidants, vitamins and minerals that they contain.

Nutritionally speaking, blueberry yogurt is not the same as real blueberries. Blueberry yogurt generally contains processed blueberries and often contains other ingredients such as sugars. Real blueberries would be more health promoting.
