There is no specific exercise for gynecomastia. They can be helpful to reduce body fat and to add muscle mass to the chest. Even though reducing body fat can minimize the aspect of gynecomastia, it may not be enough. This way, some people will only get rid of gynecomastia by having a surgery.
The pulling motion of the rowing machine helps strengthen a variety of muscles in the chest and back while effectively burning body fat. Rowing machines also increase general muscle coordination and increases joint strength. Swimming can also help at times though it is low-impact cardio.
