Obesity is bad in every circumstance, it is a life-threatening disorder or a silent killer. Obesity increases the chances of hypertension, joint pain, chances of heart attack, PCOD, breast cancer, and many more. If left untreated it can be lethal and decrease the life span up to 10- 20 %.
